At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to increase engagement with our customers to drive retention, contribute to customer upsell and grow our advocate base. You will accelerate growth by being the customer advocate within our marketing team and drive the tactics needed to drive success in CS, sales, and marketing.

What you'll be doing:

Driving retention via various marketing channels (email, website, paid sites, etc.);
Setting up campaigns via our marketing automation system and/or customer success software;
Driving customer engagement by owning initiatives like customer newsletter, webinars, advocacy programs, etc.;
Partnering with sales, product, and CS to develop initiatives that lead to deeper feature adoption and reduced churn;
Designing and running experiments to test/improve conversion.

What you’ll bring:
3 years of experience in a similar role;
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant study;
Strong skills in digital marketing;
Excellent communication and content writing skills (in English);
Hands-on experience in marketing automation and CS tools like Marketo and Gainsight;
