ROLE: Customer Experience Lead

Duties:

Responsible for developing the CX strategy and implementation management for 360 customer experience with a focus on digital
Sitting across product & service design and development, sales, marketing, support, operations, technology, finance and HR functions
Being a voice – advocate - for the customer in the development and deployment of projects and strategies
Proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, through ensuring interactions meet customer needs and managing the customer life cycle. And to make sure that standards are being met & aligned with the company strategy & values
Empowering employees to take customer-centric decisions
Increasing leadership’s understanding of the experiences and needs of their employees and customers, and championing their perspectives in the company’s strategic decision-making
Creating innovative ways to elevate the customer experience, are candidates familiar with software available today enables CXOs to develop seamless, high-quality, client-centric CX insights and performance metrics across all of the touchpoints within their ecosystem.
Working closely with marketing to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, advocacy and brand value
Measuring the impact of CX initiatives on company’s KPIs
Overseeing customer service teams, CX practitioners, designers, developers, and researchers dedicated to improving customer experience across various platforms, touchpoints and channels

REQUIREMENTS:

Track Record - have effectively implemented measurable CX programs and projects that have resulted in quantifiable improvements in lifetime-value-per-customer, loyalty, advocacy and satisfaction metrics
Multi-disciplinary with excellent understanding of all touchpoints in the customer lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Marketing, IT) Management experience in consulting is a plus
