Hiring Cost Estimator in Combine Cycle Power Plant.
Department: Commercial & Contracts Department.
Location: JLT Dubai UAE.
Description of Responsibility
• Responsible for calculating and optimizing EPC prices for bidding projects, including Power Plants, Water Plants, PV, Wind, BESS, ICE, and Infrastructure Facilities.
• Negotiate with clients to reach agreements on pricing.
• Conduct subcontractor inquiries (including Design Companies, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C Construction Companies) to establish construction budgets.
• Negotiate with subcontractors during the bidding stage to secure the most competitive offers.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department to assess equipment pricing and ensure its rationality.
• Work with the Finance Department to determine insurance costs, tax implications, and overall project costs.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Department to evaluate transportation and storage expenses.
• Analyze the calculated EPC price for rationality and organize EPC price evaluation and optimization meetings.
• Conduct internal training sessions on price optimization for relevant colleagues.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Commercial Department Director.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies relevant to your role.
