Cost Controller Required in Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities
The Cost Controller Shall,
Closing of Inventory Module (Inventory Check Up / Physical Stock Matching / Supplier Recon, Etc.)
Conduct SPOT checks on cashier and inventory.
Take action on variances with coordination with HR
Manage and control inventory in all branches and Central Kitchen.
Preparation of Theoretical GP for Each Outlet & Consolidated.
Restaurant Audits: once a month each outlet & twice a month for critical outlets as decided.
Manage F&B wastage, spoilage, transfers and production
Control CK F&B cost
Prepare Audit Reports in timely manner & present to management.
Preparation of Sales Variance Analysis (Actuals - Budgeted - Targets) report in timely manner.
Effective Cost Control: Evaluate the current System & Suggest best practice to cut down the cost.
Effective Checking of Cash: Review the daily cash up report made & take necessary action.
Menu mix analysis and provide insights every month.
Skills & Educational Requirements.
The Cost Accountant shall possess,
Experience in F&B industry for not less than 3 years in similar capacity.
A bachelor’s degree with advance coursework with Finance / Accounting
Well-versed in Auditing & Accounting Packages.
Good Business communication Skills.
Understand & support the Mission & Value of Mr. Brisket
