Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate & commercial legal role.
• Proven experience in handling commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential (spoken and written).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
