Hiring Contracts Supervisor / Engineer
Experience:Minimum 10 to 12 years out of which 6 years in UAE is mandatory (construction)
Job Description
• Review of tender documents and identification of associated risks.
• Monitoring of contract performance, providing input, drafting contractual correspondence, and offering clarifications.
• Preparation of monthly management reports and participation in monthly management meetings.
• Providing input on EOT/Prolongation claims, including narrative, contractual references, and cost calculations.
• Negotiation of terms and conditions with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Change Management, including handling Variation Orders (additions/omissions).
• Resolution of contractual disputes and preparation of close-out documents.
