Contact Center Trainee Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Contact Center Trainee Pharmacist. The Position will be responsible to fulfil all statutory and professional duties of a trainee pharmacist, to provide customers and patients with the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities: -

Fulfill all Statutory and Professional Duties of a trainee pharmacist to abide by health authorities’ regulations.
Achieve budgeted profitability to meet the business plan set by the manager
Ensure the highest professional standards of counter prescribing and Medicines Protocol implementation for meeting these standards within the frame of customer service excellence.
Deliver information to customers in a discreet and respectful manner in order to comply with company policies.
Follow up on item expiries to avoid having expired items.
Check warehouse slips and received items to ensure that correct stock is received.

Experience & Qualification:

University degree in Pharmacy.
Preference is given to bi-lingual.
