JJR Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager for immediate joining. The ideal candidate must hold a Construction License, a valid UAE Driving License, and have 9–10 years of experience in the Dubai construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Provide leadership and technical support to the site team.
Requirements:
• 9 to 10 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in Dubai.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Construction License required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
