ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This function is to ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and Revenue targets, to optimize and to implement Room Revenue management strategies and operations aligned to the hotel’s objectives and across key departments: i.e: Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Front Office. To support the implementation of pricing strategies based on current market environment, demand forecasts and historical data.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management and Reservations experience, additional Hotel experience is an asset.
Knowledge of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.
Professional certification (university Degree, Hotel School Diploma).
Knowledge of revenue management tools, ex. STR report, TravelClick reports (i.e. Rate 360 & Hotelligence 360).
Ability to analyze financial statements & market data.
Well versed with PMS, Delphi & RMS.
High degree of market awareness, understanding of consumer and customer (business & leisure) behavior.
Sound ability and knowledge to develop standards of operations and strategic processes.
Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.
