Administer new and renewal of contracts, permits, visa and work permits

Manage the filing storage and security of documents and licenses

Prepare monthly salaries on the WPS system

Responsible for the procurement of supplies, equipment and clinic stocks

Responsible for developing policies and procedures required by the Dubai Health Authority

Oversees the accounts payable and accounts receivable in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all transactions

Coordinate daily activities, determine which information requires immediate attention

Managing the flow of the clinic to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction

Perform office management Duties, including reception
