Description:
• A rapidly growing medical facility in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee every operational and strategic aspect of the clinic’s performance.
• Key duties for this role include: full responsibility for operational management, financial oversight including P&L handling, revenue growth planning, optimizing billing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.
• Compliance is a major function of this role, requiring strict adherence to all UAE health regulations and licensing requirements, including DHA, MOH, and other relevant authorities.
• The Clinic Manager will also take charge of business development, leading outreach initiatives, marketing efforts, and community engagement activities to expand the clinic’s patient base and service offerings.
• Leadership responsibilities include: managing, training, and supervising multi-disciplinary clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent performance and high-quality service delivery.
• Mandatory requirements for applicants: hands-on experience in managing a UAE-based clinic, a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, and a proven ability to lead teams through operational and strategic challenges.
• Compensation is based on UAE-specific experience and qualifications, with a salary range of AED 10,000–15,000. Candidates who strictly match the regulatory and experience criteria will be shortlisted.
