Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
· Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media chats.
· Track and report customer interactions using CRM and Excel tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in line with company standards.
· Must be fluent in English and Arabic communication skills.
· Experience in automotive industry will be added advantage.
· Fresh graduates or those under father/husband's sponsorship are welcome to apply.
