Call Center Executive Required in Dubai

We are hiring Call Center Agent with previous call center experience in working with MNC /BPO Service Industry.

Job Responsibilities

Answer calls, emails, and chat enquiries in highly professional and friendly manner regarding Service Provider registration process and also handle Customer orders, promos, cancellations, order modifications and billing queries.
Keeping records of interactions and transactions of service providers, customer and maintaining and updating daily inquiries accurately.
Ensure that all the inquiries are captured into the system according to standard operating procedures.
Respond extremely fast on inquiries and process and issue Support Ticket for our clients and service providers on time.
Giving the right pitch to our service providers and to our potential customers, so they end up by registering or availing the services with us.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team in terms of booking appointments to visit both service providers and customers and support them for any other administration work when needed.
Follow up with service providers or customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
Adhere to the company policies, meeting KPIs and recommend improvements to existing procedures.
Perform any other duties as when assigned.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, high proficiency in English is a MUST.

Positive with a “can do” attitude who looks for quick resolutions.

Essential Criteria

Customer service experience in a call center environment is a Must
Experience in consultative tele-sales techniques.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
Understanding of sales principles.

Educational Criteria

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or relevant field
Proficient in one or more of these languages: English is a Must.
Experience in similar role is an added advantage.
