Hiring Call Center Agent
Location: Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Temporary (3-Month Contract, Subject to Renewal)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
• Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Availability: Must be unemployed and able to join immediately.
• Shift: Willing to work on a rotational/shifting basis.
