Hiring — Café Supervisor
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Café Supervisor to join our busy Sheikh Zayed Road outlet. The ideal candidate will lead the floor team, ensure smooth daily service, and uphold high standards of guest experience and hygiene.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a café or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to coach staff and maintain service standards.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Capable of overseeing daily operations, resolving guest issues, and ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene practices and able to enforce them.
• Flexible, reliable, customer-focused, and able to work varying shifts as required.
Location: Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road
