Cafe Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Café Manager to ensure efficient café operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for SEVEN Café and support administrational operation of the SEVEN Meal Plan.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily café operation
Maximize customer satisfaction and respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new suppliers
Manage orders for the Café & Meal Plan
Organize and supervise shifts
Observe staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future café operations
