URGENT HIRING: BPR Business Process Reengineering Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break
Work Days: 5 days a week (2 days off)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Contract Duration: Minimum 1 Year (Extendable)
Monthly Service Fee: AED 4,000/- (All Inclusive)
Required Skills:
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Excellent logical understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and document weekly project meetings, noting key discussion points, risks, and action items
• Track topics involving Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workaround options, or scope exclusions
Prepare and update:
• Process flowcharts (Swim Lane Diagrams)
• Gap logs
• Weekly dashboards
• Assist in preparing weekly status presentations for project leadership
• Work with cross-functional leads (Finance, Logistics, Sales Admin, etc.) to gather and validate process inputs
• Maintain project files in organized repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
• Support planning and documentation of RDD (Regional Design Document) workshops
• Coordinate with Global PMO on documentation standards and communication protocols
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Diploma or Degree in any Business Management stream
