Business Development Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

- The primary point of contact for pipeline & portfolio of major clients (institutional/VIP clients)
- Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies

- Assist BD director to formulate business strategies, write business reports and proposals, supervise the proposal process, and maintain business partner relationships

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or in a related field
- 1 to 2 years after graduation. Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the fintech industry, is a plus
- Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential for work with Business Team
- Strong logical, expressive and learning skills
- Can accept business trip

- Must be based in the UAE(Unable to provide work visa）
