Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are a fast growing international fintech startup. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for experienced sales manager with proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Hospitality and F&B sectors. Ideal candidates will have strong command of English and excellent communications skills. You must have a wealth of industry contacts in those sectors, be highly motivated and organised, and determined to succeed in a high paced sales environment.

(Females preferred but not a must)

(Direct solid Experience with the mentioned sectors is a MUST)

(Dubai based Only)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish new partnerships with new accounts (High-end Restaurants & Fine Dine )
• Interact with the potential partners for product offering, brand awareness on regular basis by meetings and calls.
• Able to define and analyze new markets and service opportunities gained from clients interactions
• Actively engage in technology and have a full understanding of our product
• Able to set goals, plan and manage projects, as well as a proper sales funnel.
• Able to conduct and submit strong research and strategic analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales
• Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities including Sales calls, Closed sales, Follow-up activities, Sales expense report, Presentations, Sales meeting report.
• Accomplish monthly and quarterly set targets.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any relevant degree.

Experience Required: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in · F&B / Food tech / Hospitality, result-driven sales, or Business Development Manager

Skills and Abilities

· Independent with a self-starter hint
· Fluent English Speaker is a MUST with any other language of these is a plus ( Arabic, Russian, French)
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Technology literal & aware of market new trends.
· Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs.
· Driving license with a car is a Must.
