Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
The Role

The Business Development manager will be responsible for growing the company's portfolio in Egypt , UAE, & Saudi Arabia through new development and conversion opportunities across franchise and management agreements. He will focus on establishing new relationships and partnering with key owners and property developers to drive the continued growth of TIME hotels presence.

The BDM will report directly with the BDD and will be responsible of Sourcing, negotiating and closing franchise & Management agreements, Relationship management and attendance at industry events. Submittal of Forecasts and general reporting.

What you'll do

Prospecting and Qualifying Deals.
Networking/Industry Event Attendance.
Negotiate Terms and Execution of Contracts.
Manage Relationships.
Forecasting/Reporting.

Qualifications/Experience

· At least 5 years experience in similar role / either in real estate or hospitality or consultancy firm;

· Must have demonstrated proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota;

· Required to travel approximately 80% of time.

· Dubai based candidates preferred with relevant market experience and vintage.

· Proactive, energetic and collaborative

· Strong communication skills; verbal, written, and presentational

· Proven sales, negotiation, communication & organizational skills.

· Team player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead, build consensus

· Determined to get things done in time

· Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where rapid or sudden changes are not unusual.

· Based in Dubai, and allows to travel across UAE, EGYPT , KSA
