Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will support the growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships that will help drive the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand the projects in UAE and abroad via: land acquisitions and Joint Ventures.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of the existing projects via education, healthcare, hospitality and branded residences deals.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute any new proposed strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering.
5+ years experience in management consulting.
Experience and track record in concluding business deals (acquisitions, JVs, Built to suit lease agreements, management agreements)
Real estate sector experience.
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term partnerships.
