Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong sales capabilities to join our team in the UAE. We are representing our principals under Education Industry across Higher Education, K-12 including technology companies globally for two decades.

Key focus areas include managing Government project, business development, strategic development, and solutions creation. The offered position is to develop and execute sales plan in the region in line with operating plans, in order to enhance awareness and sales volume objectives through the efficient and effective use of resources. To ensure the individual targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Interacting and building relationships with clients to create and service the demands of our products
Take the product line into the next stage of product growth through penetration in more schools
To ensure maximum geographical reach and coverage
Provide and exchange sales information on a daily basis, and reports to the Management
Work on market development and achieve sales targets
To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory - selling existing and new products & developing the sales territory
Responsible for full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention.
Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective schools and evaluating their position in the area to implement our school solutions products.
Promote the implementation of school products of our company by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective schools in the assigned area
Maintains relationships with schools by providing support, information, and guidance for different school products with our company.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

Qualifications

A graduate with 5-8 years of sales and business development experience within GCC with at least 1 year in the educational industry. Background in teaching would be an added advantage.
IT background would be an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
UAE Driving License is a must.
