Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/Recruitment Manager experience based at our Dubai, UAE office and hold a critical role scaling to our team. The role of the BDM/Recruitment Manager is to source employment opportunities for high caliber candidates that meet the requirements of the business. The desired candidate must have demonstrated experience in building a strong client conveyor from scratch and closing top talent. In addition, candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment balancing a multitude of hiring of foreign workers.

Traveling to Canada will be required once a month with a stay in Canada of up to 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Experience and knowledge in sales and of sourcing employment opportunities for Blue Collar and White Collar workers.
Procuring jobs for foreign worker’s.
Possessing a good clientele and Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
A successful track record, complete with references, in high volume blue collar recruitment.
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement’s alongside overseas recruitment partners.
Flexibility with traveling to Canada once a month for work purposes

Skills:

Proven experience as a recruiter or similar position - 4/5 + years experience is mandatory
Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
Sales/Customer service skills
Outstanding communication ability
Confident and pleasant personality
Ability to work with targets
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships
