Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for the position of a Property Manager (Business Development) with experience in Dubai Real Estate market and managing high portfolios.

Responsibilities

Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, site visiting’s, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipeline.
Identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals.
Taking the initiative of developing new clients of corporate industries such as hospitality, airlines, banks, community management, and asset managements.
Developing and implementing sales plan to drive external growth.
Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners, banks and developers
Establishing and revising property management forms, reports, and manuals including updates, changes, and additions.
Inspecting properties to ensure the owner standards are being met: evaluating maintenance, grounds, and administrative operations.
Assembling and presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.
Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.
Handling legal issues in case of complaints, cheque bounce, termination, etc.
Ensuring proper implementation and functioning of Property Management Systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
Ensuring timely renewal of existing tenancy contracts.
Increasing asset value and net income.
Requirements

Any graduate, Masters Degree is required but not essential.
Minimum 6 Years of experience in Dubai Property Management Business Development.
Experience with social media trends and advertising would be beneficial.
Must have a valid UAE Driving license and a car.
Excellent time management, organisationals skills, good team working skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and take initiative.
Must have worked on a Property Management related software.
