Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

Coretrax are looking for a Business Development Manager & Technical Sales to join the team in Dubai. This is a full-time role and will form an important part of our operating function in the MENA region.

Position Responsibilities

Establish excellent client relations within all clients in MENA
Promote and generate awareness of all Coretrax tools and technology with all client stakeholders
Support Country Managers, Technical Account Managers with Technical Sales in MENA and KSA
Identify and capture sales opportunities
Liaison with all other staff, especially Repair and Maintenance Manager, Country Managers, Technical Account Managers, Sales Admin, Technical Sales and Workshop personnel
Understand client organisation structure and identify key stakeholders and decision makers for all Coretrax technology with all not current clients in MENA
Generate leads and pursue opportunities with new clients in MENA
Through new leads and opportunities, generate client footprint growth in MENA
Regular new client interactions on a daily basis, including internal Meeting and CRM reporting, and weekly update to Regional Manager MENA
Manage all operations/call offs with new clients, until ready to handover to a TAM (Technical Account Manager)
Regular liaison with other departments, General Manager / Operations Managers / Country Manager and other Technical Account Managers to ensure the timely passage of information, and that opportunities are captured and maximised
To ensure all leads/opportunities are up to date and that information is accurately recorded on all relevant databases as required
Identify and evaluate new potential distributors in MENA, identify and advise on preferred country setup
Advise on improvements to and adhere to the Company’s QHSE procedures
Ensure all TAMs has the latest and updated Technical presentations
Heavily involved in Business Plans and budgets for new Clients/markets/countries in MENA
To ensure the accuracy of internal order paperwork, such as Technical/Sales presentations, all paperwork related to Triple lock and other Technical Sales support

Selection Criteria - Essential

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field required
8 years’ experience in a similar role required. (operations, sales and people)
Rig and operational experience with downhole tools, e.g. MWD/LWD/DD/WBCU/Expandables

Selection Criteria – Desirable

Computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Rental Database, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation and knowledge transfer skills
Outstanding knowledge of drilling practises
Sound management and leadership skills, capable of being both an example to others and driving success
Ability to manage and implement change effectively
Ability to multitask and work to a high standard under pressure
Ability to work independently and remotely
