Role: Business Development Manager

Here’s an opportunity for passionate and talented individuals to join us as Business Development Manager. In this role, you will lead the global expansion efforts to introduce Marina Home in new markets worldwide. You’ll play a key role in establishing business, policies, regulations, change management, and standards in how the brand conducts its business in new regions. This position also provides all of the necessary direction, coordination, and follow-up to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, with requirements met, with quality and completed supportable models for global operations.

Responsibilities

Assess new market opportunities through market research & Identify new opportunities in key regions
Develop expansion plans in the right locations and execute new market operating/strategic plans
Build, streamline, and drive international projects and processes including competitor analysis, category analysis, investments, ROI analysis, defining project roadmap and implementation
Work closely with regional partners/ investors/ stakeholders in the run-up to set up operations to launch
Ensure the look and feel of the brand is captured in each territory
Lead communication, coordination, and alignment with all project stakeholders.
Collaboratively shape the commercial strategy and execution elements aligning with all the internal departments such as supply chain, marketing, product & pricing, tech, finance & HR

Qualifications & skills

Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/International Business
Total 10 plus years of prior experience
Prior experience in retail, supply chain and international expansion
Experience with global import and export regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Business/Financial Acumen with broad business knowledge and understanding of multiple business disciplines, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Operations
Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to travel internationally/work flexible international hours
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google & Apple IOS applications
