Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Actively influence the decision-making process through the network of allied individuals and business partners
To confirm purchase orders
Regularly share the contacts, relations, essential findings, and business trends with the rest of the PAE sales team
Follow up on the due payments and provide regular updates on account receivables
Achieve assigned sales quota with designated business partners and meet assigned expectations for profitability
Support of the team to help achieve the assigned team sales quota
Manage client's complaints
Coordinating meetings with the clients
Site-related coordination
Actively manage projects to reach the expected level of profitability
Manage high customer satisfaction ratings that meet our company standards
Identify and reach out to potential business opportunities and contacts
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective and regular clients
Develop business strategies for responsible markets, key clients, and TPP through in-depth knowledge of the business and product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the Saudi market or the Middle East
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Experience cross-selling across multiple products/services
Fluent English, Arabic (highly preferable)
