Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue, growth by using business acumen & company’s value proposition to uncover prospect business needs
Generate leads through networking & research, build relationships and rapport with clients
Lead generation to identify key properties which can be partnered for business with company
Meet property owners, sell company’s vision, negotiate, close contracts with partners
End to end accountability of managing key partners account
Liaise with key stakeholder, property owners, ops team across stages from lead generation to property going live
Conduct research as well as competitor analysis, and conduct client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations
Prepare & take go-to-market solutions to new leads & prospective accounts

Qualifications

3 to 7 years of experience in sales/Business Development/account management
Must have experience in Dubai Homes/Vacation homes industry/ real estate/ property management
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Driving License is important
