Business Development Lead Required in Dubai

Role:

You will be responsible of the B2B sales of the full suite of Accounting services including book-keeping, tax consultancy, audit, business valuation and certification etc. You will be expected to self-generate your leads. The role is initially 100% new business but will have elements of account management as you progress in your role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities:

•Drive business development and sales of Accounting services.
•Manage relationships with existing accounts as primary POC
•Keep track of monthly/annual renewals and execute contract negotiations
•Present services to organizations in an articulate and professional manner
•Collaborate on marketing activities and participate in events and trade shows
•Provide training on the use of the products, its benefits and its differentiated value for users and organizations
•Liaise daily with other team members, provide activity reports and participate in sales meetings or sales calls
•Manage sales pipeline
•Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
•Track metrics to ensure monthly sales targets are hit

Qualifications & Skills needed:

•5+ years’ experience in business development and field sales, with experience and strong database of across UAE
•Proven track record in new business and/or account management
•Must be Outspoken & Presentable
•Experience in full sales cycle including closing the deals and collection post sales
•Proven track record of achieving targets in previous roles
•Effective negotiator with effective verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Some Arabic knowledge preferable
•Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
•Self-starter with good time management skills. Must be comfortable working out of the office with minimal supervision
