Very strong sales skills, strong communication, outgoing personality

Industry experience not required.

Should be able to travel to KSA & Qatar

Prefer Arabic speaking but not mandatory.

Car + license

Client is a leading global supplier of flexible packaging materials, traditionally to the coffee roasting market with plans to expand its product range to cover other markets.

Core responsibilities

Grow sales to new customers.

Maximize sales to existing customers

Ensure timely processing and fulfilment of sales orders

Deliver excellent customer service

Lead regional sales team

Adhere to company standards and brand values

Regional product and customer data quality.

Main activities

Market research to understand current and potential markets

Regional campaign management, including events and trade shows

Preparing sales forecasts, establishing sales goals that follow the global business and marketing strategy

Sales planning and monitoring

Lead generation and follow up

Customer account management

Monitor stock trends and liaise with procurement and product development teams to help ensure we have the right products available in the warehouse

Motivation and performance management of sales team

Engages with

Customers

Logistics partners

Regional accounts and credit control colleagues

Head office colleagues in procurement, marketing, and finance
