Requirements:

We are looking for a Holiday Homes Agent to join our Team. A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a passion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a daily action plan and set apartment rental.

• Generate new property listings via networking, site visits, and regular meetings and cold calls. Schedule property viewings with tenants who are requesting short term rental.

• Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with Laws and Regulations of DTCM & Company Policies.

• Understand the tenant’s requirements and present several options for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.

Qualifications

• Arabic / English speaking

• Holiday homes business background

• Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate.

• Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.

•Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

• UAE Driving license is needed
