Job Responsibilities:

Further develop the company’s corporate & promotional gifts department based on experience, customer insights, market trends, brand strategy and company goals
Handle incoming inquiries by presenting, promoting, and selling corporate gift items, corporate kits & custom apparel to existing and prospective clients
Reach out to potential clients and generate leads for new and recurring sales
Responsible for scheduling sample/showroom viewing as needed and negotiating prices, terms of sales and services to close deals
Responsible for delivering pleasant, professional, and efficient service via email, calls or in-office meetings
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
Establish, develop and maintain positive and long-term business and customer relationships
Coordinate with marketing, graphics and sales teams as needed to develop the corporate gifts vertical
Collaborate with sales and management team to analyze sales statistics, strategize on processes and prepare reports to evaluate sales performance against its goals
Work directly with top management on new projects and initiatives based on your skillset and interests, with an opportunity to grow internally

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Business Development Executive or similar role
At least two years of sales experience within the UAE
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, capable of connecting & building trusting relationships with clients
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Able to Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Good with time management, organized, detail-oriented and self-confident
Ability to conduct market research & prepare sales reports
