Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a top tier sales talent with prior B2B sales experience (ideally to the Hotel/Hospitality sector). The candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment.

You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research and report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by identifying and selling prospects across in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry the UAE and then GCC and Internationally.
Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preference for previous B2B experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
