Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target by creating a customer database with existing clients, prospects and referrals.
Generate appointments and conduct presentations to clients to generate
new corporate agreements for logistics services.

Raising enquiry and quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for new accounts.
Collating document from the clients.
Creating reports and sending to the management on booking confirmation, sales forecast, payment collection & client enquiry on a weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers.
Get the SOA for each customer.
Prospect and cultivate business relationships in order to generate new leads and opportunities for new business.
Attend sales and service meetings as required.
Maintain required records and submit expense reports monthly.
Works with customer service coordinators to keep account activities and contract information up to date.
Maintain active client base, prospects and potential lead source lists.
Investigates and resolves customer problems when deemed necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Dubai sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
