Business Development Executive Required in Dubai
The Business Development Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of Large Corporate client onboarding, query resolution, Broker and internal stakeholder management. Reporting to the Key Account Manager In the UAE EB Distribution team.
Responsibilities
Acts as the first point of contact for all brokers and customers
Reports to the Business Development Manager/Directors (BDM) who in turn reports to the country’s Head of Business Development
Acts as the interface between the BDMs and the internal departments as well as the brokers whenever needed
The conditions for these main interactions are stipulated in Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Sales Support should develop, monitor, and continuously improve the Service Level Agreement in close collaboration with the BDMs
Organizes and prioritizes the daily work to ensure all BDMs’ requests are handled within expectations stipulated in the SLA
Evaluates, and monitors the flow of the processes to ensure an efficient and smooth completion of all assigned tasks
Ensures that cross training, on all existing as well as on all new processes, initiatives, implementations and projects, is always in place among all Sales Support staff
Develops and maintains strong relationships with related stakeholders
Is a dedicated point of contact for large corporate broker client onboarding ensuring high quality submissions are shared with our operations team.
Knowledge and Expertise:
Communication skills and strong relationships with business partners including colleagues, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Collaborates with other departments to resolve service issues, improve service levels, and maximize client satisfaction
Ability to prioritize and administer workloads effectively
Manage potential service failures to minimize impact on the client and the broker to avoid any reputation damage of AXA brand
Help in the user testing of systems which are applicable to sales and account management functions
Supporting sales and account managers to ensure that all data is maintained in an up-to-date and accurate manner
Evaluate and process ways to use tools more effectively
Ensure internal processes are followed and are fully documented
Generate reporting with analysis
Acts as broker administrator for assigned panel, completes broker due diligence checks and updates the broker’s database, issues, and collates terms of business agreement, compliance gatekeeper for the sales and account management team
Market intelligence feedback to the business
Qualifications
Computer skills, data entry, creation of logs, spreadsheets, and reports for the BDMs and Head of Sales to review
Time management, multitasking skills, and organization
Customer service with conversation etiquette
Clear communication with simple insurance terms for the customer to understand
Problem solving with creative thinking
