At least 2 years experience in the UAE in the same field
Presentable and confident to meet walk-in and new clients

Responsibilities:
-Monitoring the renewal of the contracts for existing tenants
-Maintain a good business relationship with the existing tenants
-Assisting the managing director with a daily task in administration
-Ability to convert leads into business.
-Supervising the cleanliness of the office
-Coordinating with the real state agents
