This is a very exciting role for a hungry and passionate business development individual who has the ability to professionally represent the firm and further escalate the firm’s international rapid growth.
To excel in this role you should be entrepreneurial, disciplined and hard working.
You will need to have a strong sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from lead sources.

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Developing and improving sales.
5. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
7. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
4. Present weekly updates and progress on their sales pipelines.
5. Maintain business growth by cold calling, sending email campaigns, and networking
6. Be responsible for meeting mandatory monthly revenue and annual sales Targets
7. Expected to meet daily and weekly KPI target.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in real estate (preferred)
3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. (required)
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to flourish, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
6. Ability to grasp and retain intensive product knowledge.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
8. Willing to work 6 days per week.
9. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
10. Additional Spoken languages will be preferred. (French,Turkish, Urdu etc.)
11. Extremely well spoken
12. Able to maintain continuous relations with customers across the world.
13. Ability to make sales in multiple capacities. Over the phone as well as in person.
14. With a strong ability to retain product knowledge.
