Brand Manager Required in Dubai

Purpose of the Job:

Develop, market and execute strategies for the new brand launched.
To be responsible for managing the entire business unit for the new brand including sales, service and parts and drives business for increasing growth, brand and profit.

Job Accountabilities

To develop and establish team, set up showrooms, etc for New Brand Launch within Q4 2022
Manage the entire business unit to achieve the department target & meet company quality objectives.
Monitors the showroom / service display standards of presentation/cleanliness and identity
Conducts regular meeting with the senior staff members of all the business units.
Liaises with customers and key account, resolve customer complaints, implement corrective actions, prepare / amend policies related to the functions.
Lead & motivate employees by increasing employee satisfaction score & improving team's competencies. Participate in recruiting new talents.
Coordinates with the procurement/finance departments for the timely clearing of vehicles, services, parts and payment to Principal.
Coordinates with principals on prizing, technical problems, and issues.
Monitors and advises on changing market trends and competitor activity.
Directly responsible for inventory management.
Prepares the annual training plan and ensures its implementation.
Assists in preparation of business plan and annual budget.
Maintains effective control of expenses in line with the budget objectives.
Prepares and submit monthly report to the management.
Involve/prepare tenders and quotations as and when required.
Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and the assigns specific responsibilities.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.

Qualifications & Education

Graduate, preferably in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 10years of experience in Automotive industry with 5years of experience in management level.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English and Arabic an advantage.

Strong business understanding with a highly structured work approach.
