• We have a fantastic opportunity for a Booking Coordinator to book vacations and business travel with significant vendors!
• Full training provided.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Sales background is ideal.

• Flexible schedule.
• Full-time or part-time requirements.
• Must have a computer and cell phone.
• You must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and more.
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans.
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons.
• Provide proper documentation to the clients, such as authorization forms, flight tickets, theme park tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
• This opportunity is an Independent Contractor/1099 position for someone seeking a second income opportunity. The ideal candidates are dedicated, comfortable setting their hours/schedule, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
