Barista Required in Dubai

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.

Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment.

Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino, latte, americano, and macchiato.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

Explain menu items and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.

Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

Keep the coffee station, counters, and equipment clean and organized.

Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.

Check stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues professionally.

Assist with opening and closing duties and daily café operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.

Ability to operate coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment; training may be provided.

Good communication and customer service skills in English.

Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.

Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Understanding of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain beverage quality.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the work schedule.

Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
