Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
Replenish products, ingredients, and supplies as required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Support stock receiving, storage, and inventory checks.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and sales objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is an advantage.
