We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the coffee bar and workstations
Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies
Assist with basic food preparation and presentation
Follow company health, safety, and food handling guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista, Café Associate, or Food & Beverage Service staff
Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting profiles, and latte art
