We’re an authentic Italian gelato and coffee brand bringing the true taste of Italy to Dubai!
We’re looking for passionate and energetic team members who love hospitality and high-quality food.

Main Responsibilities
* Serve gelato in cups, cones, and takeaway tubs
* Prepare menu drinks such as coffee, tea, hot beverages, and juices
* Prepare crepes and waffles
* Ensure availability of all menu items, ingredients, and packaging materials
* Minimize food and supply wastage
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
* Take orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery
* Manage the cashier area during assigned shifts
* Assist in cleaning the restaurant area when required
* Submit daily beverage reports, including sales, consumption, and wastage

Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for food and beverage
* High school diploma (preferred)
* 0–1 year of experience in F&B operations
* Fluency in English (Italian is a plus)
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Customer-focused, adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
