Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (hot and cold) according to standard recipes.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and offer product recommendations.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and dining area.

Maintain inventory of beverages, coffee beans, and consumables; report shortages.

Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and promptly escalate if needed.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Support team members and assist with opening/closing duties as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role (minimum 1 year preferred).

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.

High level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
