Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee, tea, and exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, engaging with customers, and helping us deliver the signature Cantata experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard;
- Provide warm and attentive customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations;
- Assist in retail sales, product recommendations, and tasting sessions;
- Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality control;
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

- Previous barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a plus);
- Strong interest in coffee, tea, and hospitality;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance is an advantage.
