Creative Zone is growing and we are looking for a Banking Setup Advisor to join our Concierge Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship professional with knowledge of the banking industry to join us and make a real impact.

To join our team you will have:

Bachelors Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 1-2 years working in banking
Excellent knowledge of banking process and corporate bank account setup.
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong networking skills, able to demonstrate your relationship building capability
Passion for achieving results and exceeding targets
Initiative and commitment, able to manage clients independently
Exceptional communication skills in English, other languages are also desirable.
Currently based in UAE.
UAE driving license and car is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating and managing the process of opening bank accounts for clients post sale until their corporate accounts are opened.
Ensuring that we are fully up-to-date with the banks’ latest regulations, procedures, and policies.
Evaluating and assessing submitted documents for corporate banking from the clients.
Proposing options with the clients for the suitable shortlisted banks.
Coordinating with the clients and bankers on the meeting schedule.
Preparing and brief the clients on the issues that the banks will raise during the meetings
Assisting the clients with the preparation and submission of their Online Applications and monitor their progress.
Printing and arranging documents required on behalf of clients for banking meetings.
Introducing clients to the banker and being a part of all banking meetings.
Assisting and joining the client for the banks meeting.
Following up continuously with the banks on the progress of the applicaions.
Providing regular updates to clients regarding the status of their bank account.
Coordinating with the client if any further documents or queries required from the banks.
Maintaining high level of communication with the clients on a proactive basis.
Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
Keeping records of clients application for each bank.
