As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Operations Manager in managing the store assigned to you. You will be responsible to build a team of experts, leading players, and execute plans at the store designated for you.

What you will do:
Ensures excellent operations in quality, speed, and accuracy, to meet and exceed customer expectations
Recruits, trains, motivates, and evaluates the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skills base. Maintains the motivations and the rationales of the staff to achieve and maximize the individual, department, and company goals
Ensures that all sanitation, safety, and security policies are examined and implemented
Assigns tasks and keeps everyone accountable; oversees application of all processes as per SOPs.
Achieves sales and profit targets of your store.
Trains, coaches, and retains employees. Enforce the engagement of the team by implementing best practices and ensuring their growth development.
Maintains effective working relationship between team members.
Controls inventory, monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices.
Assists in preparing the annual budget and business plan of the department.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in store operations and management.
Prior experience in F & B industry.
You must have outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills.
You must have a great communication and organizational skills.
You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness.
You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment.
You are currently located in the UAE.
