General/ Overall Job Purpose:To anticipate and meet the needs and desires of the restaurant guests, to maintain the established standard of service, and to adhere to the policies and procedures of the restaurant.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:• Oversees all aspects of restaurant operation to ensure satisfied customers satisfaction Preparing the duty Rota according to the operation requirements and assign the tasks needed.• occur in a timely manner and proper rotation of waiters to break. • Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately to include • Take food and beverage orders, help hostess when necessary.• Delivering food and beverages to customers• Making sure steps of service are followed.• Supervises of the POS system for ordering and cashiering • Assists associates with service and/or billing issues
.• Conduct table visit
.• Acquire a full knowledge of the restaurants food and beverage service policies and procedures.• Maintain your self-appearance in accordance with the restaurants grooming standards.
• Ensures quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
• Prepare Daily Section Assignment Sheet
• Performs complete all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant; follows and upholds all health codes.
• Ensures all coffee and tea products from the espresso machine to the high level of standard required.• Prepare, mix and dispense beverages including cocktails when necessary.
• Helping hostess with managing the seating arrangements for all customers.
