Key Responsibilities
• Assist in overseeing the execution of civil engineering and hypermarket construction projects.
• Support the project manager in collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and supermarket managers.
• Help track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Assist in managing procurement of materials and equipment.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation.
• Address and assist in resolving any project-related issues effectively and promptly.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, specifically within retail or hypermarket construction projects.
• UAE Driving license holder is preferable
Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of hypermarket refrigeration systems, HVAC, and MEP work.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and retail project layouts.
• Understanding of local construction regulations and safety standards in Abu Dhabi.
