We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing A/R Information Analyst to join our remote revenue cycle team. Key Responsibilities
• Partner with revenue cycle leadership to fulfill reporting and analytical requirements, delivering clear and impactful data to support organizational decision-making.
• Design and manage automated reporting systems utilizing advanced Excel functionalities, including macros, pivot tables, and intricate formulas such as Index/Match.
• Employ statistical analysis tools (e.g., XLSTAT, SOLVER) to execute comprehensive data analysis, uncovering trends and discrepancies.
• Enhance and refine processes to guarantee timely and precise data provision to key stakeholders.
• Offer continual support to team members and assist in resolving data-related inquiries.
Required Skills
• Proven expertise in medical billing is essential.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong enthusiasm for data exploration and trend identification.
• In-depth knowledge of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation techniques.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with robust organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Effective time management skills alongside a results-oriented approach.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in the medical billing field is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle processes is necessary.
• $18 - $23 Per Hour
